Yep, they screwed the Ranger.

After numerous attempts to finally beat Doppy, I get to the Dragon mission. Get into a party (because I was the only ranger there, how cool is that?!) and we go in. Ranger area, leader even mentions that someone needs the skill cap, lo and behold, while the sig is charging, cut-scene. Next area, Mesmer, my secondary. Only one other person need that one. Same thing, whirring up... cutscene. One guy types "ha ha" and leaves, second guy leaves for unknown reasons.

The six remaining of us died at the hands of Glint, no worries.

Look, give everyone a fair shake at skill capping in the Land of Dragons. Especially us Rangers... we're there for you, share the love.

How do they not give everyone a fair chance for capping? I was able to cap both ranger and mesmer fine. Just get in a good group that doesn't have any jerks, or get in a group that is doing a cap run.

They just ran through. Twice. Most irritating. I think is was probably one individual.

All this is, is a complaint against rushers, not a suggestion. Wrong place to post in.

it's worth mentioning that it may have been a mistake. One of the areas (although I think it's ele) has the portal appear very near to where the dragon facet is. Often the portal opens right on top of a player and the cutscene is automatic...

I had enough time to whirr the sig up halfway otherwise I'd agree with you on that.

I was in a party doing the mission, and one of the dragons died really close to the portal, and we automatically activated it, it was entirely on accident, so they could maybe move the dragon or the portal farther away from eachother.
